Step 1: Artwork & Plate Making
Turn your design into production-ready printing plates
- • Plate making takes 4–5 days
- • Each color requires one engraved cylinder (CMYK + spot colors + white)
- • We accept AI / PDF / CDR files (CMYK mode required)
- • Free artwork checking & digital proof before production
Step 2: Printing
High-precision gravure & digital printing
- • Production time: 1–2 days
- • 2 Gravure printing lines + 3 Digital printing systems
- • Supports inside & outside printing (high difficulty process)
- • Strict color control with Pantone matching system
Step 3: Lamination
Multi-layer structure for durability & barrier protection
- • Production time: 1–2 days
- • 3 lamination machines in-house
- • Solvent-free / solvent-based lamination available
- • 24–48 hours curing in drying room for stability
Step 4: Slitting
Precision cutting for roll stock & pre-bag material
- • Production time: 1–2 days
- • 2 high-speed slitting machines
- • Ensures clean edges & correct roll width
- • Prepares material for bag making or roll film delivery
Step 5: Bag Making & QC
Convert film into finished packaging
- • Production time: 1–2 days
- • 11 advanced bag making lines
- • Supports stand-up pouch / flat bottom pouch/ zipper pouch/ spoutpouch
