We can provide different material structures based on your product requirements, such as PET/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/AL/PE, MOPP/VMPET/PE, soft touch matte film structures, recyclable PE/PE mono-material, PE/EVOH-PE/PE high-barrier structures, kraft paper laminated materials, and PCR PE options.

Yes. We can make recyclable PE/PE mono-material packaging. For customers who need sustainable options, we can also offer PCR PE options, usually around 30% PCR PE depending on the structure and application.

MOQ depends on the bag type, size, material, and printing method. For gravure printing, MOQ is usually higher because printing plates are required. For small quantity trial orders, digital printing is a more flexible option.

We offer gravure printing and digital printing. Gravure printing is suitable for bulk orders with Pantone color control and stable repeat production. Digital printing is suitable for small quantity, multiple SKUs, or trial orders without plate cost.

Production time about 15-18 days, also depends on the order quantity and process. For gravure printing orders, plate making usually takes 4–5 days. Printing, lamination, slitting, bag making, quality inspection, and packing are arranged step by step after artwork approval.
